You learn the basics of Reiki, including hand positions, how to channel energy, and how to use essential oils and stones/crystals to enhance the Reiki experience. You are introduced to the chakra system and receive an attunement to open up your crown and heart chakra to allow the Reiki light to flow through your hands. Reiki I is all about the your personal Reiki experience. You also learn about Holy Fire Reiki! You also learn how to use a pendulum to help guide you in your work. You receive a Reiki journal, Reiki book and a pendulum. Training is available both in person and online.
